I designed Toolbox for Life around my Little Box of Love. Within the box are seven items and each of them is a tool that will help you deal with different situations that life throws at us from time to time. Each of the tools has me in my life.
The only requirement is an open mind. The course will run for seven weeks.

The course is designed to give participants practical ways to steer their own wheel of life. When one aspect of our life becomes the focus and the others are neglected, the wheel is out of balance. We know what happens to an out-of-balance wheel. It gets wobbly and is likely to crash. Our wheel, your life, needs to be balanced. It’s a seven week that will show participants how well they are doing in their life.
